My internet access is through a cellular modem which charges by bandwidth and is very expensive.  I just purchased a new machine and reinstalled DA and patch 1.03, and now need to reinstall my DLC add-ons.  Is there a way to do this outside of the game, i.e. download from an ftp or direct from somewhere?  I'd like to DL this from a friends house using his ISP (unlimited usage) and then install it here at home.

Check out dragonage.wikia.com. Their DLC page has instructions and links for manually downloading the DLC.
