Yes. It is very fun.
Except for the team stackers. But they will be the first against the wall when the revolution comes.

Depends if you want it for the storymode or multiplayer...
If you're going for m/playr then go ahead, it gets very addictive and fun. S/mode... not so much,

The destructible environments alone is worth the price of admission.

Multiplayer seems neat but 90% of the player base need to go back to MW2 and let the adults play.

I like the game, but I hate helicopters.

Single player is bleh.
Multiplayer is pretty decent, it lacks the PC BF games sense of scale though.

Better than Modern Warfare 2. Yeah, it's definitely worth it.

Much better than MW2 and a lot more challenging. Mind you though if you getting it for PC be prepared to some very annoying bugs like your pc freezing.

Whoa, that happens to you too?
I can play for 6 hours or I can play for 30 minutes and I'll get a random complete lock-up that can't be recovered.

I haven't had any issues with the PC freezing. It runs great and it seems EA has fixed their server problems.

Whats your set up? Are you using a soundcard rather than onboard? I heard the freezing issues may be caused by using on board audio.

I'm running a q6600, nvidia 8800gt, 4gigs ram, and realtek audio card. I end up playing on medium settings but it still looks great and runs great. It's the best sound I've ever heard in a game.

So your realtek audio card.. is it onboard card or was it a soundcard you bought then slid into your motherboard?

The sound really is incredible.
OP, depends on how you feel about multiplayer shooters in general and in turn what your specific preferences are for the genre. I think it's great.
