After reading the forums (and having played other classes), decided to try a solo game with a new rogue.  This class is great!  I am only at level 7 and just leaving Lothering, but the rogue is tearing everything to pieces.  I currently have it set up as a dual wielder with the duelist specialization.  I am using bows to draw out small groups when I can to help out with CC so i don't get mobbed to much.  At the moment I am putting most of the points into dex for damage on the daggers and defense with enough into cunning to pick all the chests I come across.  My questions are, should I put anything into STR or CON, or will I be fine with high DEX?  Also, do swords count as a piercing weapon or just the daggers and arrows?
