Reading a lot of conflicting posts regarding the patch so I haven't installed the game yet.

Which of the 2 options below would cause the 'least' hassle ....

1.  Install game ..... patch .....  then download and install DLC's etc

or

2.  Install game ..... download and install DLC's ect ..... then patch.
