At first I decided not to care less but now its rediculous. First, I started up my game like normal after it shutting off like normal the last time I played. It deleted all my items from Wardens Peak, including my really good sword that the guy at the keep crafted me from a meteorite which ticked me off, and it from my map and Levi was back at my camp, offering the quest again. I took it and went back to see what would happen, and the keep was empty, except for Avernus on the entrance to the area you first meet him. He instantly attacks me and is in invincible.
Now I started it up from my last save and went to talk to Shale in my warcamp. It gives me two options : Say the activation code, or leave him alone. The entire area around me gitches and it looks like im talking to nothing and random pieces of ground texture in the sky. I left and tried talking to him in the wild and same result, it just acts like its my first time meeting him, and after saying the activation code it does what it did and says control rod must not work or the phrase was wrong, and updates the quest to get shale which I have already done and isn't there to update. This is getting frustrating, any help is welcome.
I have tried unloading, and realoading all my DLC files like suggested on steam forums but it didnt do anything.
Losing DLC data.

I have the same issue where DLC content reset and now both DLC quests are broken, plus all my equipment stored in the safe box was lost.
I have a feeling that i know how this happened.
When loading into game, the DLC content takes a few seconds to update before it is recognised as activated. If you hit resume too quickly it will warn you that this is the case. However, if you quickly hit load game and do it that way, there is no warning (at least in my testing.)
It seems that the DLC content must be verified at each load, and my game must of loaded up without the DLC activated, where I played, saved and continued on, and next time loading up the game the DLC reactivated and screwed up the related quests.
Hopefully this can be fixed.

Me too, I finished the wardens keep quests, and had all my armor that I couldn't use yet stored there. Suddenly Levi is back in my camp asking for help again, and I assume all my things (like wardens armor, and some pre-order/ce items) are gone. Grr.

Well it has never given me any sort of warning. Shale is now completely gone and I cant even attempt to get him back, and with all these missing items it seems my game file is ruined and unplayable now since I am practically naked and Shale, one of my party members I intended to keep is now gone. Awesome.

Damn, lost all my Warden's Peak items in middle of the Circle Tower quest. No I have naked Alistair running aroung without a weapon. Is there any way to fix this bug? This is just great... Luckily Shale is still with me.

There is a plenty of threads on this topics, Bioware does not seem to care about this thou. It seems to happens when you load the game before it logs into your account. I reloaded all the content and everything went back to normal, BUT I had to go few hours of game play back and reload the save I made when the data ware still active.
