Group up with a squad member that has Decryption skill, for example Tali. Just add more points to Tali's Decryption skill until you don't get the message. Save before you try this out.

Nope. The only ones with Decryption are Garrus, Tali and Kaidan (or a Engineer Shepard - and either Vanguard or Infiltrator, I forget which of those 2). Liara has Electronics, but that only unlocks a few crates here and there.
Unfortunately, if you are all the way out where you fight Benezia, then you can't change your squad, nor can you come back to that area after you've completed the mission.

Decryption will use the highest decryption score of whoever is in your squad. Same with Electronics.
If Liara and Wrex are your usual squadmates, then no one will be able to open the locks. While frustrating, it's not a gamebreaking issue because there's nothing in the crates that won't be dropped as loot or bought at stores.
I can only think of one situation off the top of my head where you will need decryption, which I believe is Wrex's personal quest. And then you'll only need easy decryption. Garrus, Tali, or Kaidan should likely have it by then.

Right, or is it Sentinel? And technically, Adept is "the" biotic, and Vanguard has a mix of biotic and soldier talents.
Just looked it up. Engineer, Sentinel and Infiltrator Sheps have decryption. Phew! Now I can sleep
