I always liked it when Samara would say "Embrace eternity." and "May you find peace in the embrace of the goddess." It sounded bad ass. Also whenever Harbringer spoke.

Having Garrus and Tali in your party when walking around the Citadel they have a short dialog.  Sorry of this is not exactly how its worded.

Garrus:  Tali dont you miss the conversations we used to have in the elevater?

Tali anoyed:  No

Garrus:  We would ask you about life on the  flotilla and about your immune system.

Tali anoyed:  I have a shotgun

Garrus:  ah ok.

Cant quite remember garrus's last line.

Talking to the detective asari in Samara's recruting quest you can have shepard give his opinion about the detectives superiors giving her suicidal orders.  I had Garrus and Miranda in my party.

Garrus:  Ah good to know, we can refuse suicidal orders.

Miranda:  With Shepard thats twice a day.

On a second play through I had Thane in the group.  I think thoughs lines drop no matter who is in the party.  I think its best with garrus because likes does dry humor.

Ask a turian bartender for the strongest drink he has.  Shepard looks at it waits a beat....'its..green'.

Joker's lines are all good but the one that cracks me up the most (for some reason) is the one in my sig.



Or when Joker says, "Well looks like Garrus got that stick out of his a** only now he's trying to beat people to death with it." Or something to that effect.



Or when you bring another squad member on board (like Samara or Thane) he'll ask if you brought home stray animals as a kid or if you get all your people at the same store or why can't you collect plates instead of dangerous aliens.



When you ask Legion why he chose your armor specifically to fix himself and he's like, "No .... data ... available." Like he really doesn't want to tell you why.
