Ya...there really should be an option to just toggle it with a key press or even a menu option to just keep it on always.... I know the purists are going to get all upset over the suggestion for realism/RP reasons but anything to delay the onset of IRL carpal tunnel syndrome would be greatly appreciated.........nunrg84 wrote...

There's a bunch of scraps of paper you need to read, 4 I believe to get the full story. Run around with Tab (I remapped to my mouse thumb button post haste) and you shouldn't miss it, if you finished the boss encounter you will probably have to reload to a point prior to entering the tower.
Damn, I forgot about the TAB button, stupid stupid stupid!

I was really excited about Warden's Keep since I thought it would be like the upgradable keep in NWN2 ... then I found out that I can't even re-enter the keep to see the cleaned-up version. Unless you are really desperate for that storage or the armor set, do not buy this DLC.
I agree. I was expecting more from a $7 DLC then just a storage trunk and a nice sword. The way they talk though implies that there will be MORE DLCs attached to this, since I havn't seen Avernus come out of his tower yet (though you can ask about it) . When I read the DLC description, i was thinking the same thing Milo, that this was an upgradable keep (though I thought it would be more like the one in Baldur's Gate 2 as opposed to NWN... shows how old I am).
So unless you're looking for a nice sword and a ok armor set, avoid. Despite the in-game AD FOR THE DLC.
DAMN YOU MICROTRANSACTIONS!

Future DLC needs to be longer to give any reason to purchase it.

Oh, and the items you get, yeah..They're useless.
I'm not telling people not to get this dlc, it's just that I want a bit more from it.
I'm wearing a full suit of armor that I probably won't replace until I can wear full blood dragon armor, and then I'll hand it down to someone else.
I don't think of it as $7 for an add-on; I think of it as $65 for an awesome game plus an addon.

This truly annoys me.
Nothing quite like buying an awesome keep only to find out you're stuck hanging out in the front yard with a bunch of squatters.
The storage is useful, but hardly worth the money.

I'm not sure if I'd pay $15 for Shale...so, I think we got the better end of the deal with buying a new copy of the game.

It was too expensive for what was provided. It was enjoyable, though. It was weird not being able to go back into the keep. I had kept the blood mage stuff in there so if I wanted to at a later time I could learn it. Oh ho but the keep you've freed up for the wardens doesn't even get used!
Future DLC needs to be longer to give any reason to purchase it.
Yeah, it is rather lame you cannot enter the keep at all after you run through it. I was a bit surprised about that. I can see why pending on your choices you might not be able to enter the tower but why the rest of the keep would be cut off makes no sense to me. That way if someone missed something they could go back and get their codex entry or whatever.
At chizow: Yeah hehe, I was thinking to myself, "Great, another random mob encounter and then that little homage played out. Got a chuckle out of it".
