Right now i'm doing ok but I Really want to optimize my characters and party so I Was hoping for an extensive guide.

I mostly need help with setting tactics, chosing spells/abilties, optimizing my party(Currently have a ranger, tank, healer and myself(dps magic) as well as specilization chosing.

Anyone know of any guides that cna help with that? or would someone just like to help me here?
