Okay, I've done this on three differnt browsers now, and still no luck, I want to go over the tutorials on the Toolset wiki but every time I end up with this error

A database query syntax error has occurred. This may indicate a bug in the software. The last attempted database query was:

(SQL query hidden)

from within function "User::addToDatabase". MySQL returned error "1062: Duplicate entry '' for key 2 (eadadb1.eao.abn-iad.ea.com)".

On all three browsers, I've deleted all cookies, browsing history, and long ins. The closest I get at times is a blank screen with the following url:

If anyone has a suggestion on what I can do to fix this so I can view the wiki, I would be grateful.
