Did anyone ever get to dissapear TOGETHER with Alistair if you were King& Queen?  Also, did anyone get a different ending than returning to court, then disappearing??

Pretty sure you need to crown Anora and have Alistair stay with the wardens. And no, my HMN also disappeared after returning to Anora.

I hope he at least will look for me. Maybe I ran off with Anders.

Um, expansion pack alert anyone? Or even possibly sequel alert?

Morrigan probably dropped the Warden a line. "Hey, wanna come to Orlais and stop my demon baby from destroying the world?"

At least Anders would shoot a few lightning bolts at Emon if he got in his face.

Anders is my back-up if Alistair doesn't bring down the sky trying to find me.

I think Queen Cousland always disappears alone, while mistresses and those who didn't make Alistair king disappear with him.

Yes, I apparently disappeared somehow. There had better be a damn good reason, b/c my PC went through too damn much for her love, country and order to just up and leave without a very, very, very good reason. And my friend's mage disappeared with Alistair, though that was a little odd for her, b/c her Alistair was a hardened king, yet they spent a lot of time away from court....

Anyways, I am using the 'disappearance' as a plot element in a fanfic. She is not gone for good. No way, no how.

Well, if it is a nod to DA2, leaving must have been involuntary. There's not a chance that most of our Cousland female PCs would leave without telling Alistair, if they had a choice--or that he wouldn't go after her no matter what.

Wait, what? When Alistair isn't king, he disappears, too? What does that mean?

That's odd because this epilogue is in the toolset :
"She returned to life at court, resuming her duties as queen of Ferelden and receiving a hero's welcome when she rode back into the capital. King Alistair awaited her at the palace gates, grinning from ear to ear."

The game is that buggy or was it cut from the game ? O_o

No, I just suddenly decided to wander off one day. But, it doesn't mention Alistair, he may have been gone too by then.

There is a second slide that says "Some years later, the savior of Ferelden vanished entirely. Nobody knows for what purpose she departed, yet neither does anyone think her tale is complete..."

Rak, When Anders asks you what you'll do when this is over, what did you answer?

It's for an expansion pack. Ladydamodred and I have foreseen who is responsable for this ;)

Not that it's a particularly hard guess. :P

I kid, I kid.

There are 2 conversations with Anders that I suspect influence the ending. When he asks me what I i'll do when its over, I told him, "Return to court, of course". Then later in front of the Lyrium basket he asks what GW's do when its all over. You can say something like "whatever you want", "party", or "remain vigilent". I chose "vigilent"

That's the one I got. Don't know if it makes a difference, but I told Anders I was going to return to court when it was all over. Doesn't explain why my PC disappeared by herself, though, especially if it's set up for an expansion.

Lyrium basket? That must be one of many conversations that I missed. Didn't enjoy the new system AT ALL.

I chose something different than that, so I don't think it's tied to that particular conversation choice. I believe that is what you're get when you're the queen, no matter what you choose as a conversation option.

Slightly off-topic, what I do wonder is if there are conversation options that dictate what your companions do in the epilogue (ie Anders returning to the Wardens or becomign apostate) or if it somehow relates to approval?

According to the wiki (so grain of salt and all that), some of the epilogues will only trigger with certain approvals. But obviouls what you do with them in their personal quests also matters a bunch.

The Lyrium basket was in Kal'Hirol  Its by the anvil that repairs the pieces of broken weapons. I hate this new dialog system.

That's the slide you get if you have no roamance in DA:O.
Anyway ...
Let me get this straight ... The Queen, (Princess Consort, whatever), just disappears for no apparent reason?  I knew the game was buggy, but damn.  At least I hope that's a bug.

Yep, that's the ending I got for my Cousland who married Alistair. And why I loathed the game once I read that slide. There is nothing that could justify my character just pulling a Revan and disappearing without Alistair.

Same here. Married Alistair, went back to him after all this crap, only to disappear entirely years later?

Irks me how you have to like, not be queen/make him not King (thus making it fact that you two aren't married) to disappear together..
