Hi!

Everytime I try to connect to the Dragon Age Server to download the DLC (bottom left option in the main menu), the game says that I'm not connected to the internet.

I've already tried a lot of things (firewall settings, activated the update service, disabled ecncapability etc.) but nothing solved the problem. Any ideas? My OS is Windows 7.

This is a problem that I and others have identified elsewhere in the forums. So far no one has come up with a solution, though it appears to be either an issue of blocked ports or a problem with the way Bioware's servers handshake with users' systems. I had a semi-productive call yesterday with EA phone support, who have escalated it up to their level 3 support (i.e., networking engineers). I'll post news as soon as I have any.

@Noxxio: Many of us have already tried disabling ECN, without success. And in any event, ECN is disabled by default on Vista and Win7. The following command will show whether ECN is on or off:

netsh int tcp show global
