So i've been trying to download the BDA for weeks now, and bio-wares amazing directions have brought me to several dead ends. However i thought i just figured out what to do when i accidentally redeemed the BDA on an alternate e-mail account, not the e-mail account tied to my PSN account. Is there anyway to get the code back or am i out of luck?

contact customer support, i had exactly the same issue and they fixed it for me.
