Yes I would love to see a Batarian squad mate. I think the lore with the Batarians is pretty sparse right now so there is a lot of potential for development. Having a Batarian squad mate would be a great way to learn more about the Batarians.
Anyone want a Batarian party member in ME3?

Got sent on a mission once, track down this guy. What was his name? Don't remember, not important. After months of searching around the Terminus, I got lucky: bastard appeared to have gotten himself in trouble on Invictus, a turian colony. Apparently pissed off the wrong people by trying to scam them. So me and Jessie went down there, only to find him trapped down in his cabin by the locals. So I kindly ask him to come with me, "rescue" him from being lynched by his new neighbours. "Stop quoting yourself, ****." he said. Got tempted to have Jessie unleash hell on him, but I told her he wasn't worth it. Decided to leave the sucker on the rock, where he apparently got killed only a day later. Beaten to death with his own arm, I heard. Got paid regardless, though.
Gotta let you go, talk more later."

Hell yeah! I've been asking for a Batarian and a female Turian sqaud mate forever. I mean this is a fight for all organics, so why not have a more diverse team in ME3? The series really doesn't need any more human team mates. We have more than enough already.

We have a Geth, so I'm not sure anything is off limits... except for maybe a reaper party member.

Hell yeah, I was thinking of a similar character the other day. His loyalty mission would be crashing a dreadnought into the government building on Khar'shan. **** having a deep meaning, it would just be awesome.

I say ya, I would like that, as long as we get to use the older members too (some of them at least, like Thane
)
Though I would like to have a Elcor member
that would be cool.

Batarians? Bleah.
I would love a female turian though. Or a rachni.

I hate batarians... Therefore I agree. Would be awesome to hold my petty grudges for the sake of higher objectives (or not, could just kill the squadie). But it would be intense having my colonist/war hero deal with batarians. Until now didn't find any reason to letting any of them live, but that could change depending of the plot.

Nope.
Like the face creation section in Mass Effect. Every Batarian seems to have the exact same personality. Untrustworthy and cowardly.

Confusing or comparing a geth member with a Batarian is illogical. The heretics where the cause of the destruction on the citidel, and as so, the situation must not be blamed on the geth.
Batarians however have a mutual form of hate to citidel species, humans being their prime targets of hate and slavery.

I would love to see all of you bigots and your reaction if bioware actually Does make a batarian squaddie. BTW Geth are the LAST species you'd expect to be a squaddie... well vorcha. Also batarian pirates and terrorists are the only ones that are out of the batarian systems. I would like to see a batarian counterterrorist who is AGAINST slavery and is a fugitive on the run from the batarian loyalists.
