Weirdly enough, sometimes Ser Tamara never gets involved. One time it was Anders who informed me, and I never heard about her again.
Sigrun has a few talking points, but they're scattered everywhere. If you get her later in the game, you might want to take her around to earlier points to see if anything sprouts. I don't believe she has any in Blackmarsh, though.
And no, she can talk to you about how she envies humans for having stories while the Dalish lost theirs.
