does it really make any difference?
If I duel wield two long swords (not daggers) and each have three momentum runes inserted and at the same time activate the "momentum" talent, will I achieve the maximum speed?
Question about momentum rune

... I think only the fastet counts, but only devs know ...
did you see a difference, when you use them.

I have zero idea to what *extent* Momentum increases your attack speed, nor whether it stacks.
Does having 3-4 Momentum runes on a single weapon make a difference over having just 1? I have no idea.
Likewise, does it matter if you dual wield and have a Momentum rune on both weapons? Dunno.
Would love, like you, to find out. I like seeing these things documented, it usually only happens on the unofficial Wiki or in forum posts.

I think, without knowing for certain that runes on a single item does not stack. so if you have one in each of your weapons, they should stack, but not 2 runes in one weapon.

Momentum runes on the same weapon do stack. I ran a test with a naked warrior equiped with nothing other than the vigilance greatsword. Each additional momentum rune increased the dps calculation on the character sheet.

Each momentum rune decreases swing speed by .05. So, four momentum runes + momentum would be .5 (.3+.05*4), which is the maximum speed increase.

Heck, with so many Momentum runes and Momentum skill activated your swords will move faster then light, break the time and space continuum and warp back in time heck knows where. So watch in which direction you swing them, never know where they'll end up...

You wouldn't be using it with haste would you? I read somewhere that it won't speed you up but actually make you slower.
:innocent:
