The first Merchant you recruit to the keep, a woman in a random encounter, I forget her name.  Anyway, she stands next to Wade and Herren outside.  Whenever I leave and come back she reappears, I talk to her, and then she asks me if I remember her and then runs off again.  Is this an ifinite loop?  She does it everytime I go in and come out of the keep.  What does she even sell?

Same here - it's the way she is coded. I stopped talking to her after the 2nd time figuring she is missing a line of script to stop it from occurring if you have done it once.

So I guess this is a bug? Will this affect the other merchants we are supposed to recruit?
