Check your language filters for the Bioware site. You need to switch it back to English.

Look down at the bottom right hand corner on the page and you will see a tab for switching languages, change it from 1337 to english.

Because that is the kind of crap the site people are obviously spending thier time working on. Have you seen any site improvements or bug fixes in the last few months?
