Is it possible to get a mod section on the forums?
Seem players want to tinker about, Using the forums search is a bit... annoying

Since there is no official Toolset for Mass Effect, adding such a forum would probably have to pass their legal advisors' approval, in case it would make the modifications seems to be semi-supported. The owners of the Unreal 3 engine would have to clear it, since it is their product, not Bioware's, etc.
