Is it the game or did my Xbox fry? I got no RRoD, just started happening with this game on second playthrough.

The game crashed on me last night. This is the second time it's happened, but in a different section. First time I remedied the situation by erasing the game from my Xbox 360 HD (not the saves just the game). Played off the disc then did a reinstall of the game as well clearing cache. If the game data was corrupt it shoudl have been taken care of when I reinstalled everything. Anyways the game crashed shortly after getting out of the taxi on Illium on route to Samara. I had gone into the Squad screen and this happened:

How long were you playing the game for (hours)?
The game froze on me once in a similar sceen but for Zaeed after playing a 9 hour marathon stretch.. The game froze again a week later when I got caught in a corner of the room. This happend to me twice and both times when I was being rushed by husks. That was on Horizon and on the Collector station.
