What console games do you wish were availble for the PC?

I don't know about you guys but I would give my left nut for a PC version of Demon's Souls.  Also, Heavy Rain should be on the PC.

What is it with Sony and their stinginess when it comes to PC ports?  Also, Dante's Inferno and the upcoming Red Dead Redemption should have PC versions.

Heavy Rain might be interestin on PC and I wish to play it someday, but its an exclusive that PS3 really needs. And press-x-not-to-die QTE in games should stay on consoles anyway.



Gran Turismo and/or Forza serie would kick arse on PC. Hell, PC is pretty much THE system when it comes to simulations, be it cars or aeroplanes, and yet it doesnt have a single game like GT and Forza.

MaaZeus; get Racedriver GRID if you haven't got it. It doesn't have the depth of GT, but it's a very capable racer. I don't even tend to play racers but I have GRID and I enjoy it.



I honestly want Fable 2 on the PC. I know some people think the Fable series is a bit "blergh", but I just don't see the point in giving us Fable 1 and then not supplying 2 and 3.

I know exactly what you mean. In the end I ended up caving and grabbing it for 360. Honestly, it is extremely disapointing. They way over-hype and over-exaggerate the 'options' you have. I dunno, if I had played it after Mass Effect 2 or Dragon Age, it would have felt even more lame. 

@ OP: Heavy Rain, Dante's Inferno, and Uncharted 2 are the ones I'd really want to play. No PS3 and can't afford another 360 game at the moment

My sister has a copy, and I played it at my dad's house. For the ~2hrs I played it, I really enjoyed it. My character looked a bit like Lara Croft, had engaged in a lesbian marriage with a gypsy and I was just having a lot of fun.
Might actually see about going to his house to play it again

Nothing current. I caught this thread when it went up and decided to think it over. Over an hour later I got nothing. It isn't that I can't think of good console games, because I can. Rather, none of them appeal to me so strongly that I sincerely wish they were on PC. A month ago I might have said about FFXIII but now that I know more about it... meh.

I belive David Cage said that the reason Heavy Rain isn't on Xbox360 is because all the data wouldn't fit the DVD's the same way it would fit the Blu-rays.

I mean... you can allways swap discs, but since they clearly care a lot about the atmosphere (you don't even get trophy pop ups untill the loading screen), they chose to do it this way.

Or Sony just payed them a lot:)
Anyways, I love me some Heavy Rain on mah PS3.

P.S: Since you can clearly afford a very high end-gaming PC, with a 30inch monitor, I doubt getting a PS3/Xbox360 can be hard for such a strong strong strong sword samurai like you.

Anything Nintendo, generally the exclusives for their systems are the only games worth playing, so If they made them for the PC people wouldn't have to buy their hardware. Clever.

There was one of the Civilization games recently, is it Revolution? My dad has it on the 360 and it looked quite good, and if it was on PC I might consider it.

Only one I can think of would be Dirge of Cerberus. I was never really into FF, but I love that game!

I wish the Hunter: The Reckoning series came out on PC. I played both the first game and Redeemer on the old Xbox and boy was it a fun co-op game when my brother and I played it together. It would definitely look good in 1080p on my brother's computer and we'd probably have his Xbox 360 controller and my Logitech Rumblepad hooked up for some crazy action. Plus, it's the only game I know so far that has a mutated Santa Claus.

I enjoyed those games too. The first more than third. (The second game came out on PS2. Hunter: Wayward, I think it was called.) It had that perfect 80s zombie movie vibe to it despite some of the extreme supernatural monsters faced throughout. In particular the music was so cheesy in a good way.

I just thought a game I would like to see ported to PC. Perfect Dark. The remake released on Xbox Live made me pine for the days I used to play it. Except now I could at higher resolution and with none of the clunky framerate. Another game: Super Street Fighter IV. It was great that Capcom released SF4 on PC, but it looks like they're not going to do that with the next one and that *sucks*. Figures that they decide to bring back *everyone's* theme music and the rest of Super Street Fighter II's roster, and now it's console only. Bleh.

A lot of games that come out on 360 are generally on PC..........except for Alan Wake and other notable mentions 'sad face" :'(



Other than that though, i would probably say Killzone 2. I mean, i have a PS3 and everything, but god dammit, there are just so many times i just wish i had a mouse and keyboard for that game.



As far as other exclusives go, i'm not sure i can truly speak on a lot of them considering i'm happy with what i have

Most of the PS3 exclusive games I would love to play but I can't. Also, I would love all my favorite Nintendo games on the PC such as - ZELDA, METROID, SUPER SMASH BROS, HARVEST MOON.... you name it
