I've had the same problem with my PC copy of Dragon Age. I entered the key several times and it keeps saying it's invalid.

I have the same problem with the STEAM version (Standard Edition). I tried the codes on the game registration page and neither worked.

bioware should be aware of this completely than doing fixes of bugs. it's an alternative problem with all types of versions of the games pc, ps3 and xbox 360 they should sort this out rite now than trying to fix the bugs in ME2 and DA:O.

Ah I didn't saw this thread so I
posted my problem in ME2 thread but hey why not , double post :)

I have same problem but with Dragon Age ( as lot of people who bought DAO on Steam these couple of days ) . I contacted EA live support chat , they said cd key is legitimate and it should work , and it's probably that bioware site is currently in updating mode .

But this error people gets for days now , same error for DA:O and ME2 .

Can techs answer us , is this problem due Bioware Social or I got wrong informations in EA support chat .

P.S. I also bought DA:Awakening and I hope at least that cd key will work , enchantment:wizard: ?

Exactly the same problem here, I can register my DAA copy but not DAO.  How odd.  Both are PC retail box copies.

Well there is at least four threads active on this topic for two days now ... but still no official answer . I would like to know what is going on , because people at EA support assure me that my keys are valid and that problem is on bioware social . Please moderators, devs or whatever , take couple of minutes of your time and answer us in any "subject-related" thread if you acknowledge the problem and what you will do to fix it ?

If by you mean the Key Generated code, then yes, we know. However Social.Bioware site is not allowing that code to Register with the site despite the fact that i have registered with EA and it worked.

Unless, are you saying that there is an different code that we need to enter? I didn't notice anything on the back of my booklet except my key generated code at the top of the booklet. Then again if it's small, then that's maybe why i missed it.

it's at the very bottom of the back of the booklet under the rights of ea and bioware it's in bold.

Alright, I am probably blind to it since i have no clue what to look for, any chance of an picture then? I would suggest using MS paint to blacklist your key code btw if you do that. Sorry for the hassle, but I is blind apparently.

We have just deployed a fix that was preventing users from registering their game keys. This was affecting PC, retail and digital, versions of Dragon Age and Mass Effect 2.
