Well, this makes me glad we brits have the NHS. Even with all its warts, seeing how little you americans have in terms of public healthcare (even after these reforms) reminds me that its better than nothing (which in comparision is what you Americans have). Seriously, are there really guys out there in America getting that upset that some people now get some chance at medical care they wouldn't have got otherwise?
If you want a doctor to hand you a tylenol and a bandaid, go to Great Britain.
If you want to take care of a serious disease or injury, America is where its at.

Wake up man, your system is in shambles.
I'm an American who lives in Britain and while I have my issues with the NHS, allow me to point out that the Daily Mail isn't exactly a reliable paper. It's sort of the British equivalent of the National Inquirer just FYI. The Telegraph, however, is, so I'd suggest you remove the links to the Mail as it hurts rather than helps your point.
That being said, while the high end of healthcare is definitely better at home, I don't have any friends here who are broke because their parents or a sibling or someone got sick. That is not the case at home.
