It's the best to have him survive even when he uses the rocket launcher. You have to be pretty fast in killing the Colossus to do that.

Pretty much everything Garrus has been doing in the 2 years since Shep died - there's clearly an awesome movie in there! (And yes, second the above point about seeing his reaction to Shep coming over the bridge)
I'd also love to have seen the aftermath of the romances. Not the sex itelf, but how they each felt afterwards about their relationship, etc. Especially Garrus/Tali romances.
Joker's face/reaction at the news that Shep is alive, and the Normandy is rebuilt!

Any kind of on-ship interaction between compatible characters. Wrex and Jack practicing hand-to-biotics, Jacob and Garrus on the targeting range, Samara and Miranda discussing port facilities in Illium, Tali and Gaby getting on Ken's case about "female energy"... anything to let us know the crew does something else beside standing around looking busy...

TIM not smoking, I mean in theory it has to happen eventually (unless he smokes while he sleeps, or just doesn't sleep) but it'd be nice to see even the brief moment between cigars/cigarettes/whatever he's smoking where he has nothing to smoke.

I would've liked to have seen the part in the suicide run where you're crew attempts to make it back to the Normandy. I think that would've been more suspensful/dramatic rather then just hearing EDI relay the info.
I would've liked to scene a quick cutscene when you play the card game with the engineers. A quick one for when you have dinner with Kelly.

For example, when you find all the info for Liara and you tell her that none of the suspects matched the qualifications for the spy she was searching and she then realizes the spy is her Assistant - I was so disappointed that I didn't get to see Liara battle her Assistant. At least for a few moments just like we saw Samara biotically blasting away some of her enemies. It would have been awesome seeing Liara doing some serious Biotic damage. Instead she's just sitting calmly at her desk after the battle.
Were there any off-screen scenes that you were disappointed we missed out on viewing in the game?
I agree, and I would of really liked to see Liara kill her. Liara is sexy when she is kicking ass.

^ This. Sounds almost silly, but Garrus is a great 3 Dimensional character. He's not a Bad-ass because the game needs a bad-ass cliche. He acts the way he does because he's a good guy and wants to help, but find the red tape from "Offcial" police and security work restricting to the point he feels powerless... To see Garrus get something tender and emotional would be a big plus. I want to hug Garrus.
BUT, to topic, most of everything in this thread, plus Mordin and Chakwas desperatley trying to save the life of wounded Garrus.
(I think I need to find some kind of Garrus Anonymous. >.< )

Anyways, I just remembered another part that I always wish I could see - at the end of the game, in the last cinematic right before you see all the Reapers awakening *shudder*, you don't get to see all of your squadmates that survived. You see some of them but not all. In my last playthrough everyone survived and I'm pretty sure I saw about 5. I could be missing something but I'm pretty sure you don't see all of them.
I would love to get to see them all at the end cinematic, just for a moment. I know you can go and talk to them after the game is done but I just always was hoping for a cool ending cinematic where you see all your squad - ala KOTOR, good side ending.
