I dont know if anyone knows the answer off hand..may require some testing...but anyway..

I know that the grenade explodes into fragments. My question is if the "impact radius" is the radius of where the fragments go or the explosion for each fragment? If its the explosion radius of each fragment, then I think this is an exceptional power if used right (and could aim it correctly) and when using the area version.

I think the radius is the initial explosion. I do not think each fragment is affected by the improvement, but don't take my word on it.
