or..
Maybe even a "paint armor" option on the DLC armor/non-N7 armor.

Some Batarians are wearing them in ME2. This would be great as a whole or parts of armor for Shepard.

i'd like to see some class specfic armor.
ie a heavier armor for the soldier (better shields but slower )
a lighter armor for the infiltrator (takes less damage but allows cloak to last longer)
tech armor for engineers (like you see some enemy use)
i think some people have misread this post. But it was more of me poorly explaining what I mean.
I wasn't trying to suggest a return to having light, medium and heavy armor and limits for classes. But a single set of armor available to each class. A set that benefits the play style of the class ie boosting stats/abilities of that class.

Since they've added the Inferno armor as a DLC, I wouldn't actually mind the Terminus Armor as a DLC, I kind of like the looks of it. Reminds me of KotOR/TOR sort of...

not a bad idea, ive always wanted to see terminus armor with those red stripes being replaced by blue ones, also having toggle helmet on DLC armor, this has come up on this forum 2976 times (yes i counted, i was bored) would be pretty cool...

Well, I'm still clinging to hope that Helmet Toggle will be added to ME2, but incase it never happens, I just made this in hopes that it'll help insure that Bioware doesn't make the same mistake twice...

A special armour set for each class would make sense. For example a stealth suit inspired by some rogue armour from DAO would look great on Shepard or Kasumi.

You won't get flamed, plenty of people have already requested the MJOLNIR Armor.

More colors and variations.
ANd put the cable that goes form your power source/ oxygen tank to your helmet, back. Everyone has it except me

1 or 2 collapsible helmet prototypes(if its a planet/harsh environment helmet automatically loads as the enivo-helmet when entering the area)
summarized quote:
tennyochan wrote...
My concern with the collapsing of helmets is it could possibly look weird for the MEuniverse.yes it happens with rifles but with helmets, its all in your face(no pun intended) in many cut-scenes.if done wrong the fully-collapsed helmet could look like a strange neck/head brace.) other concern is the femsheps hair. Depending if they change the hairstyles a bit they may also have to animate the hair with the helmet as it collapses. (slightly pushing the hair down/in or a ponytail inwards so it at least looks like it stays inside the helmet instead of clipping)
i propose they make 1 or 2 prototypes first and offer it as Cerberus DLC for ME2 instead of going all out in ME3. see the feedback and bioware can decide where to go from there(pretty please?)

As for Shepard, I'd love more N7 pieces, but I'd like to find them as loot. As there is no loot system in place, maybe find them in lockers during a DLC mission, buy some at a DLC hub, and get some seriously dope pieces from some DLC boss fights.

Which includes the visor sunglasses from the alt appearance pack.
Not much else to say which hasn't already been said.

I absolutely ate using a visor for shield or headshot boosts then get that swapped out for the breather helmet. Especially when my squad- mate only has a flimsy piece of plastic over their mouth/nose right next to me.
There's no reason that couldn't have been done for Shep, too.
I'd like more armor pieces so that a soldier could have all sheild and/or helmet boosts.
A Vanguard could have all strength and rush boosts.
An Adept could have all biotic/power boosts
A Sentinel could mix and match
An Engineer could have all tech boosts.
I like the addons to the base N7. But I also like the complete kit armors. A few more of those that would be great.
Balance it all so that you could afford one massive purchase of a single overall armor, or the pieces but not both in your first play. Subsequent play throughs would allow you to purchase other armor so that by say the 3rd or 5th play through you could have obtained all the armor suits and pieces making a 5th playthrough the most customizable. But that would go with keeping your armor and your credits from previous games...
