I agree with Tazzmission. More separate pieces for your armor would be a lot better than being able to toggle certain things on off. Also, I think in ME3, some sort of tool should be applied to your armor to make your speech ranking go up instead of only certain suits having it. I love the dialogue in ME2 so I never wore the Blood Dragon Armor and a lot of other armor because it didn't increase my speech ranking at all, and I felt I would lose out on certain dialogue situations.

In me3 I wouldnt mind and armor set based on your alignment, for example if you were a renegade in the first 2 games then you get the armor set to start with, if your just picking up me3, then you get it onece youve built up your renegade considerably thoughout the game. Its colors and parts will be interchangeable of course, and youde have the option to were the n7 armor if you want. Renegade armor would look more intimidating. The same would be for paragon players only opposite.

If Not i wouldnt mind being able to have more customazation with your n7 armor, like logos. And more parts to choose from please. Basicly all i would want is a more detailed customization of ones armor.

Four options for helmets:

-toggle helmet

-folding helmets: Folded in peace-zones, open faceplates in a conversation on the battlefield with a kinetic barrier in front of the face.

-visor-transparency-bar: I bought the Equalizer-pack and although I like the visor-designs, I'd like to see the eyes of my Shepard if they have so many mimics.

-Constant helmet: Helmet always visible, only the visor-transparency adjustable.

Also for future Armor-DLC:

The armory-Shopping-section:
I'm not sure if it's possible for Xbox-live, since I'm a PC-User, but I'd like some kind of flash-interface on the website for armor-purchase.
Basically a flash-window with the possibility of choosing shepards gender and entering the face-code to have a basic version of shepard.
Then choose the armor-parts you'd like an they are made visible on the "flash-shepard".

And this 'hard-coded' thingie is confirmed by the devs, I take it?

dunno ...
I have NO insider info, only from playing the game (I have NOT read any of the novels, comics etc), and just my observation.
BUT
I bet in the movie (gonna be interesting to see them condense 90 HOURS of Video game into 2? hours!) they do NOT wear helmets or if they do they will be LARGE and CLEAR so that you can actually SEE the actors face & expressions. That and finding a Canadian actor who somewhat resembles Commander Shepard; casting should be extreemly interesting to watch (TIM = Martin Sheen).

Make a patch to remove the glasses from Jack and Thane plus Garrus's earpiece mic - attached to his jaw-holder...

1) I want visor tinting. Having a helmet randomly disappearing seems too odd, but having it change in opacity ala the ODST helmets from Halo would be quite cool.

2) More individual parts for Shepard. Spectre pieces, merc pieces, at least allow us to replicate any of the old sets (such as Collossus).

3) This one is more of a personal niggle against and common viewpoint here, but I feel it must be said. Wanting complete armour customisation for squad mates, and complaints that some of them don't wear armour. I'm perfectly happy with the way it's currently handled. These people are the best of the best, they know exactly what they're doing and how to best get it done. If they're happy walking into battle in a trench coat and a shield then so be it. You wouldn't tell a top SAS or Spetsnaz soldier that they aren't wearing enough body armour, the same ideology applies here.

Just like almost everyone else has mentioned, I'm all for more N7 armor parts.

I'm down with a Quarian enviro-suit for Shepard as well.

Hmm.... I'd like most armor if you don't have to wear the helmet. When it is off it takes away from the whole emotional aspect of the game. Also some of the armors were a little distracting or far out. They need to be believable that a Spectre/Alliance commander would wear.

I think it's been said here already, but I think it's way too important for saying it too often:

More costumization-options on the armor-stats:

Modules in the armor-parts would be my preferable choice, but I'd also like adjustment-bars(energy-management in the armor or stuff like that).

Both having standard-equipment at purchase/finding for gamers who don't want to bother with it and multiple options for costumization for gamers who'd like to.

That's...exactly what Mass Effect had. Why should we go back to that?

I think it would be cool if you were able to customise your team member's armor.

Like in ME2 with all of the accessories but with a wider range of armor types and styles instead of only being able to do that with the N7 armor.
