My download of your official DLC was interupted due to a router hiccup. Is there a way for me to restart the download without using the redeem code again. Code is a one time deal as I understand it...I did try to use it again btw. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately I have not messed with the download content yet, however chances are there may be a way to manually restart the download from the game directory or similar to the DLC of dragon age, there should be a menu in game to start the download content that is tied to your account.

The DLC codes are not a one time deal, you should be able to download your registered DLCs as much as you want. Over on the left bar on this site, hover over Profile and select "Your registered game promotions" on the menu that pops up.

That will only work for ME2 and DA:O stuff, Kloreep. If it is DLC for ME1, then EA Download manager should work for Pinnacle Station and you can just download the Bring Down the Stars DLC from the old Bioware forums, just can't install it without the key.
