I recently decided to take out my Jade Empire game and after getting the dust off of it I put it into the 360. The game wont work but I thought I had heard of a way to play such games on the 360 after doing a few fixes. After informing me that the game wasnt suppose to play in the 360 I was told to go to www.xboxlive.com, how do I proceed?

I know this is a pretty offtopic question but I was wondering if someone knew here.

Do you have a hard drive?

Also do you have an xbox live account?

Do you have the more recent system update(s) for your 360? I think some of the backwards-compatibility for the system is affected/expanded by those updates.

I was under the impression Microsoft rereleased the Xbox 360 in the form of the Xbox 360 Elite, which plays all Xbox games?

Do I only get those if I have a Gold Member account or can I do with just silver?

They also still have the Arcade system out there,which doesn't include Hard Drives.If I'm not mistaken hard drives are needed along with the latest updates.Even then not all xbox 1 games work there's a list of ones that do on teh xbox website.
