To be honest, I'm surprised this hasn't already happened. It sounds like quite the business venture if you ask me.

I just wish it weren't so...depressing.

True, it is surprising no one has come up with this sooner. Maybe it's because gaming didn't reach mass market popularity in the way it does now. Plus, everything being connected to the internets these days. Whatever the case may be, I can't help find it depressing.
