I bought Dragon age origins for the PC and on the card it said that the offer can be used on any gaming system but it doesn't work on my Xbox and i haven't used the code. So do I have to enter the code on the cerberus network thing or can i not use it?

Do you remember what email you used? the email needed to be attached to your xbox live account name, if it wasnt. you will have to call Bioware and they will fix the problem.
