I am wondering if when a enemy is effectedf by reave, after there defenses are stripped away, does the effect of reave that stuns them count as a biotic effect which you can use for a Warp Bomb? I am playing a Hardcore Adapt right now just to see how it plays, and this combo has come to mind as I am playing threw. Does this work? Can I Bomb some one when I have them held by Reave? Or is the stunning effect counted as something else and thus making this combo unworkable?

It doesn't work. I guess you could call it the trade-off for Reave's power.

Okay I was curious. I used reave on my first Vanguard but never tried with with warp from a Teammate. Sounds like sticking with Warp Ammo is my bets bet then

Consider using Energy Drain. It gives the Adept the ability to strip any opponent, while recharging your shields. Allows you to play an Adept fairly aggressively.

Hmmm I may make that switch then for all my Post Horizon missions then.
I guess I could give Jack Squad Warp Ammo always if i want it, though jack seems less useful in Hardcore/Insanity levels due to the fact Shockwave has little effect over all with all the stinking Defenses people have

You can always use Grunt or Jacob for squad incendiary ammo as well.

True, but isn't warp ammo more useful for a Adept since nearly all your foes are going to be getting effected at one point or another with Biotics?

Biotic affected enemies already take 100% more damage. Warp ammo increases this to 200%, but that is pretty much overkill and you should be throwing a Warp at biotic affected enemies anyways.
Incendiary Ammo will CC any organic you or your squad mate shoot at. Disrupter Ammo also has a CC effect by overheating weapons which make it a solid choice if you are fighting blue shield enemies or Geth.

^^^
Agree with that.
I also like Energy Drain as the extra skill, not only does it give you a spell against shields, but it also works as a good panic button in many situations.
I re-spec to take Warp Ammo on Collector missions (for their barriers) since Energy Drain wouldn't be useful anyway. (Reave also makes sense, I guess.)
