[Mars Nova]

Just curious to see if there are any other Power Ranger fans here.  If so, what's your favorite season, Ranger, etc.

For me, RPM is my favorite season, and Wes is my favorite Ranger.

I love Power Rangers, but haven't seen it in years. The last one I remember was Wild Force. It had me rolling around in disappointed laughter.

I liked the first couple seasons, with the first movie. The ones with the first green ranger weren't bad either, and the movie where all the Red Rangers unite was a nostalgia trip.

I stopped watching Power Rangers when I was like 9, and that was the original, none of that other crap that they tried to pass as Power Rangers after. Red was my favorite because of his T-Red zord. Who, even as a young kid, didn't want to touch the pink rangers boobies?

Ah yes, Amy Jo Johnson. She was cute. I liked her more on Felicity, though. Then she quietly vanished. Checking IMDB it looks like she is still around, but I haven't seen her in anything I watch. I gave up on Power Rangers after they put down Zed. It's a miracle I lasted that long, really. It was... bad.

I started watching Power Rangers and Super Sentai at around the same time. Power Rangers always felt like a cheap imitation to me, though some seasons have had their moments. RPM was a great way to end the PR saga, though personally I think that it's been put on hold for a year (maybe two) because it would have been far too difficult to adapt Samurai Sentai Shinkenger for a western audience (gods forbid that the younger generation gets exposed to a foreign writing system!).



The new season of Super Sentai (Tensou Sentai Goseiger) would probably make a great PR if it's adapted, and it would have some great merchandising options with the cards involved in the show. Don't kids (and a lot of adults) enjoy collectable card games?

 The only season I have memories of is the original, despite being sure of watching later seasons. The others just don't have as much appeal as the original's extremely addictive theme song, the UFO-headed-robot-what's-his-name, the giant blue face, the evil witch with the silly hat, and that goofy song whenever those two klutzes-what's-their-names showed up to essentially be butt monkeys amongst the hypercompetent Rangers.

My guess is that that pic came from a scene from Mahou Sentai Magiranger that didn't make it into Power Rangers: Mystic Force. They always cut out the good parts.

For example, here's a scene from GouGou Sentai Boukenger that was not put into Power Rangers: Operation Overdrive. And it should have been, because in my opinion this is one of the funniest scenes from the whole season.
