I would like to be a african american hero, but all the voice sets are clearly caucasian.
Can someone help me to mute him?
Is there mod to mute the main actor?

so you want to go to:
~Program Files/Dragon Age/packages/core/audio/vo/en-us/vo
there you will find all the ss_pc_*.fsb files which contain your .wav files, I believe
you could probably open the .fsb files and replace all those wavs with either empty wav files of the same name or custom voice files of the same names
to open the fsb you should use fsbext or some similar program.
i have some of those links & details for all this in my tutorial.
don't forget to back up first.
you could also, i suppose, rename your fsb file that you use to ss_pc_yourSoundSet.fsb to ss_pc_yourSoundSet.fsb.bak and see if that works. I really do not know if it will, since i have never tried. I figure this is enough to get you started, depending on what you want to do.
//as a side note, dialect is not biological and so people, regardless of their skin color, would speak similarly to the sound sets provided, IMO, but if you wish to discuss that, i'll meet you in the proper forum.
Good luck.

Funny because just yesterday I saw a documentary about African-American opera singers, and the consent was that there is no relation between voice character and race, the only differences result from inflections caused by the upbringing, e.g. dialect, accent, nationality. So, the voice types are maybe too "Fereldan"...
