Hi all,

I noticed that after I patched to 1.03, Shale's Rock Barrage doesn't work, though it might not be related, but it's always worked before in my previous paythroughs. I select Rock Barrage and click on a target area, then there is the animation of him throwing up rocks, but it never lands. Did I put too many points in strength he puts them in orbit? So far all the other talents that he has works fine.  Hope you can help.

Oddly, with the other problems I have had w/ 1.03, I haven't encountered this glitch. I just finished up Shale's personal quest in the Dark Roads and she used Rock Barrage effectively multiple times.

I have this same issue :-\\ really is a nuisance. I want to destroy people with this but it doesn't work!

Same problem here. Throws it up, nothing comes down. Only mod I have installed is the storage chest mod. I didn't have Rock Barrage before I installed the mod so i'm not sure of that is responsible. I'm running the steam version.

No mods installed, just the DLC

Rock barrage has no effect, rather pissed.

Well, yes and no. The devs have said they're working on something but that was nearly a month ago and are still asking people to post their system specs. So I guess the short answer is: we don't know.

If you're having problems, make back ups of your saved games and go back to patch 1.02a which should fix the issue with Shale.

OK, I had my own post going and then noticed there was one out there just like mine, only nothing has been posted here in the last 28 days! Did someone find a solution, or does everyone just think it's alright to no longer be able to use rock barrage? Does someone know exactly what causes this bug (other than patch 1.03)? Could it be an Add-In or a mod? Is there a way to fix it, or do we just accept that Shale will not live to her full potential this time around?

for some reason all of shale's abilities stopped working for me. comment in another thread suggested disabling and then re-enabling the stone warrior quest stuff in the downloadable content. Everything works fine now!
