Simple fight once you get it.
Bring Shale, a healer and two ranged (important). Put a fire resistance crystal on Shale. Spread party out at range (including Shale). All she does is stand there spamming fire spit at Shale for a maximum of 30 damage. When she breathes, move him into melee, back him out afterwards.
Right click flemeth, wait for her to die.
Dropped her on Nightmare this way. No melee is the key.

I threw up shield wall on my shield char, and then had dog, Sten and Ogrhen face roll her from behind

Fire crystals on Shale for armor, ice crystal for weapon. Dragon armor on my Dwarf warrior, weapon with master cold rune. Wynne with +cold wand and sitting on the outside healing, and the elf rogue guy shooting ice arrows from afar, while wearing the second set of drake armor for fire resistance. Worked well. This was on a 360 on normal difficulity.
