Murderer (any race). For those who want to have the most choices when playing as the bad guy/girl. A lot of "kill" dialogue options.
Chevalier (human). Because there's nothing like being a filthy Orlesian with WAY too many priveleges.
Alamarri Werewolf (human...ish). Would be pretty unique, to say the least.
Legionnaire of the Dead (dwarf). Can I get a "hell yeah"?
Tevinter Mage (human). Lots of "be an ass to the Orlesian Chantry" and "be racist to elves" options. Plus, the knowledge of forbiden magic.
Elven Bard/Traveler aka the Badass Elf. Because there needs to be a unique elf origin. And it sounds pretty awesome too.
Tal'Vashoth (Qunari outcast). I'd like to see what would it be like, to be an enemy of the Qun firsthand.
That's all for now folks. Oh, and please, no Morrigan baby origin. I'm fine with it being a companion/antagonist, but as origin...meh...

I know that one of the origin stories they wanted to add for dao was a barbarian or nomad type so they might bring that back to light in the sequel.
