Having recently purchased 400 BW points, I decided (via ingame ME2) to buy the Alternate Appearance DLC... so I proceed through the checkout, state that I do wish to use my BW points by clicking the tick box and yet it does not work after I click "complete purchase."

Is this a temporary issue or... I don't know. I know that the DLC was released today ^^ so maybe there are some problems but I can't find a "confirmation" screen coming up. When I do click "complete purchase" it takes me back to the same screen over and over again.

Please help!
