Having recently purchased 400 BW points, I decided (via ingame ME2) to buy the Alternate Appearance DLC... so I proceed through the checkout, state that I do wish to use my BW points by clicking the tick box and yet it does not work after I click "complete purchase."

Is this a temporary issue or... I don't know. I know that the DLC was released today ^^ so maybe there are some problems but I can't find a "confirmation" screen coming up. When I do click "complete purchase" it takes me back to the same screen over and over again.

Please help!

I'm having a similar problem, I accept then click complete purchase. Then I have this little circle appear that say's processing order then it cycles back to the purchase not being completed. At least it's not subtracting the Bioware points so not sure what's happening exactly.

I'm having the same problem. This is the most convoluted, worst designed web-site I've ever seen. The whole thing needs to be scrapped and rebuilt from the ground up.

Honestly I can't just figure out why they didn't do something like they did with Dragon Age and it's dlc. I mean we didn't even have to leave the game really to download and install the dlc it was all done from a thing on the main menu. The only reason to leave the game really was to purchase more Bioware point's if you needed them.

I am having this issue with chrome. Purchase, confirm, then the page reloads.

Am having the same issue I also noticed the Fire Walker Pack isnt available although in game it says it is..?? Im assuming their still updating their servers.? (UK)

Getting this problem as well. Extremely annoying. If you can't fix it now, BioWare, at least tell us what's wrong!

same here. also I haven't been able to download the Firewalker pack either, though it's allegedly available. I've been searching through this badly designed morass of a website for half an hour and so far no dice.

Thinking its a website issue they're having. Got that problem too, along with Firewalker not up yet. perhaps they are trying to solve the problem with the clothing first?

Yep, I'd also like to confirm the above and that it won't work on IE either. Heh... well I'm kinda glad that this isn't a "me only" problem and that there are other people who have such an issue, atleast BioWare will take notice if there's a large bunch of us having this problemo

im honestly glad they didnt, the amount of trouble so many people have had getting that dlc to work including myself is scary

Same problem with the latest Chrome. For those who can't download the Hammerhead, I have to say that it's now up for me (it showed up some minutes ago). You just have to go to Your registered Game Promotions on your Profile menu.
