Well, from the estimate Chris gave, we've still got ~30mins until it releases (he said, at around 3pm GMT, that AAP and FW are going to be out at 6pm GMT).

Just more concerned about the store error; I've tried 4-5 times now which would use up all my points.

i have downloaded firewalker pack at 12.04 pm (18.04pm in italy) and I have installed and it works correctly.

I have the same your problem for the alternative apparence pack1 with IE8 and FF3.6.2

Why is this website so confusing? I thought, maybe, it was just me. So when it's actually the server that is broken, I can't tell until others confirm it. There's something about the way their whole system for DLC jumps you around from ingame menus to your browser and then from one webpage to another so that when one thing goes wrong nobody knows what it was, not until we're all having the same problem.

Excellent game but the DLC system is FUBAR.

OK, now it seems it works, but I have a BIG issue. I clicked again in paying the DLC, but it reloaded to the ME 2 main page. Now in my game there is no option to go to New Available Content, so I can't buy it. Please, could someone give me the link or tell me how can I get it?

Go to the menu at the top of the social site: Games -> Mass Effect 2 -> Official DLC



And for the Firewalker look at the left menu and go Profile -> Your Registered Game Promotions

I finally was able to buy it from the Bioware site. I had to go back to the root page and reselect the pack. It kept prompting me to buy points instead of using mine.
