"Nothing is "taking so long". We push DLC onto the PC and Xbox 360 today at our pre-planned approved times which is 12 noon BioWare time (which is MST or Mountain Standard Time). This takes a few hours to complete and as soon as it is ready you'll see it on your systems. It may take 2.5 hours, it may take 3.2 hours, etc depending on upload speeds."

I still love Bioware, but this is a little confusing.

I would wonder though why there server does not automatically upload the data into the system and then refrain activation until Bioware's offices open. I mean the current situation has the file available on Cerberus Network for download, but yet when you try you fail. Why not either have the file off the list or have the system automatically set to upload. I mean right now it is kind of like going into a videogame store to buy a game when the clerk tells you that you can only purchase that at 12:00pm. You don't understand why, but you no choice except to obey.

Simplicity maybe? They give enough to us as the community, I'd reserve the right to set my own standards every once in a while were I in their shoes.

Be happy you have a console that plays games you like, my hardware just fried, you can atleast play yours.
5 year old 360, purchased used and survived a Red Ring (sent in for repairs). Gah

Users may experience difficulties with the following services:
- Creating new Xbox LIVE accounts, managing those accounts, or recovering an account on a different console.
- Buying downloadable items from the Xbox 360 console, Xbox.com, or Games for Windows - LIVE.
Somehow, I don't think this is Bioware's fault...
