I have just downloaded the Firewalker Pack, restarted the game, and it is there, just fine. The problem came when I pressed resume.

It has put me back such a long way, I had all the team members and now am missing several. I am back at "Horizon", which obviously I have done as I had finished the game.

I know I haven't deleted any saves and there is only me who has access to my 360.

Have I found a weird glitch, a poltergeist or a bad case of sleep-deleting?
