Anyone other than me having trouble *either through the Cerberus Network or Microsoft LIVE Marketplace* downloading either the Firewalker pack or Alternate Appearance Pack 1 and getting the following message:

Can't retrieve information from Xbox Live. Please try again later.
Status code: 80150101

? Seriously, I am getting fed up and wondering what's going on.

I've got the same problem... Same error code and all... What's worse is that you can't even cancel the download...

I am also having this problem. I got the runaround on Microsoft technical support. Somebody should post once they have fixed it...

same problem here, i've try to clear system cache, delete the content from my HDD, nothing works

Seeing as the Microsoft website for Xbox is down right now (at least through my server) I think it must be a Microsoft screw-up

Microsoft servers down this way too. Sounds like Microsoft server issues. I will try some other downloads out and see what happens.

I've got the same problem as well.  The download will go to 99% then say I'll get a message saying it can't download.

I keep getting the same error as well, and like Flawlessness above, I can't cancel the download. It's just sitting there at 61% and refuses to move, even after deleting it off my hard drive.

Ive got the problem too. Even if you disconnect from xbox live and delete it off of your hardrive, as soon as you connect again it comes back!!!! I personally think that microsoft or bioware have seriously messed something up.

I think it's a problem with Xbox Live in general, and not just the content for this game.



I tried to download other content off of Marketplace and got the same message.

Getting the same error. It's just Live dying once again when more than three people are trying to download something at the same time. It always does this when something popular comes up.

got the same problem so I came to the forums and saw people with the same issue. This concludes that it is an obvious network issue by Microsoft. I hope that it is remedied promptly because that download is teasing the hell out of me ;-p

after thirty five minutes on the phone the lady finnally told me a live issue and they r working on it man these people just need to look over things b4 they say its r xboxes that r messing up
