I am also experiencing this same problem. Quite disappointing although by the sound of it not necessarily a Bioware fault.

I personally have been able to download the new content. But for some people, you may still encounter the error message. this is because that warning sign is still visible at the link i provided. I highly suggest that you restart your Xbox and try downloading the content and. That's what i did and by doing that i was able to download the content. I hope this helps people so that they can download the items for Mass Effect 2.

I'm not even able to connect to the cerberus network. It was working this morning until about 8, and since then all I get is the "timed out" error message.

XBL servers down. Northeast USA at least. Found this out by trying to sign into my XBL account via xbox.com on the web. Still the case as of 1 minute ago. I imagine this is the reason people in the UK are able to get it. Oh today of all days!

I'm from Spain and i can't download it.
