Does the Spirit Warrior's Soulbrand ability (melee damage is now spirit instead of physical) increase with +spirit damage equipment?

I know hexes work to give the spirit warrior insane amounts of damage but what about +spirit damage equipment (if there are any, are there runes that give spirit damage?)

Yes. The question is, where would you find such items? Almost all of them are mages-only, and Reservoir runes are still best if you pick Spirit Warrior.
Note that +physical damage bonuses are actually converted to spirit damage when you use Soulbrand. If I were you, I'd focus on +critical/+critical damage items and the Intensifying Rune.

So if I did have a way to get +% spirit damage on my equipment, then the damage of soulbrand increases as well? Is this 100% sure?

Amplification runes give 5% Fire, Cold, Electricity, Nature, and Spirit damage.

Khorna has the right of it, there are Amp runes that give a bonus to Spirit damage, as well as the Elemental weapon runes that give +2 for all elements damage, including Spirit. They're aren't any normal 'spirit' runes like Lightning and Flame.

There is also a ring that is +10% spirit damage NOT mage restricted.
