I purchased the CE on Pre-order threw steam. Had slight issues at first validating everything but then got it straightend out.

Now, they release new DLC, one pay one free.

I go to the linke threw the Cerberus Network in game on the menue screen and it only takes me to the "For sale" one to buy points and get it.

No link to free one and no ability to navigate there from that page.

I go to games, ME2, Official DLC. Located at the top of this screen, and it tells me to purchase my Cerberus Network... I'm in it, I athorized it... I've used it to get all the other DLC, even the Arc gun they just released... so why is it suddenly not valid? I try to use the key from steam and get the same error as when I try to register the game here... key is already used, or I get invalid key notification.

Any one have a work around / know how to resolve this, or know if these guys are on getting this stuff fixed?

I payed for the game, don't make me go get the pirated version as well just so I can have one that works with out all this extra garbage hassle.

Note: I still get the log in of Cerberus threw the game, just not on the site where the DLC is listed, there for I no longer get the "List".

I'm in the same boat. Bought the CE Pre-order on steam, registered my game on the website, put in my Cerberus key too, downloaded all the Day 1 DLC stuff, and I still connect to the Cerberus thing in game, but when I click the link to go to the EA store I get sent to a page telling me to buy a Cerberus code. When I put in my old code it tells me it's already been used. I'm trying not to get upset about this but I'd be nice to get some suggestions on what to do about it.

Should I keep posting here about it?

Should I call or email customer support?

I still get that as well, and yes, it is pretty annoying.
But, for DLC's and the like, instead use the menu at the top left of this page, under the HOME button.
Follow:
Profile -> Your Registered Game Promotions
(which leads you to http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php)
to access the DLC's.
For the DLC's that require you to pay: no idea how to get those either. There's no mention of the 1000 BW points I supposedly got with my registry either. And I mean, they don't shop in in Dragon Age: Origins either, and I thought those were the same BW points those two games use.

I want some profitsss. I DL'd the STEAM-version a few days ago, and installed it, got the Cerberus network up and running, and downloaded all the addons available to me.

I logged on today to find the Firewalker, etc. not available yet.

I can only assume that Bioware are having some troubles internally with their servers.

One thing I find troublesome, is the labyrinth of different links one has to locate, to find access to the addons (DLC) I have already added/want to add. Very awkward to have to start steam>ME2>Bioware site 1>Bioware site 2 (social.bioware.com), just to find out that nothing (of the new stuff) is accessible.

Whats next? -aving to solve the equation of relativity before being able to purchase ME3?

Would love to... but, I can't. I registered it originaly threw Steam, so it wont let me use that code to register the game on this site...  :P

It all worked fine for the ARC gun, and all the other DLC so guessing the problem is server side and not ours... I just left a little note on the anouncements bored as well... (more like I @#%%ed about it lol...)

Keep posting here if you want, we need to get there attention or call customer suport.. I'd rather get them here though then sit on hold all day.

How did you get your game registered on the site if you got it threw steam? I see the little ME2 sign under your pic heh.

kk Update!

I still can't get to the network threw the top method... how ever I have one tab open (thank you fire fox for saving pages lol) that had "The list" on it... all though I can not navigate back to that page again (Really annoying!) I can still refresh it and get the new DLC now... it shows on list... This dose not fix my problem though... the problem is that I am not recognized on the site as having the Cerberus Network so I can navigate to the page correctly...

(being able to get the game registered would be nice too)

It wont let me register it there, yea I got the Firewalker DLC from that page, I can't access that page any more though unless it's already open in my browser... or threw your link, the path I normally take wants me to join Cerberus Network now... and I'm already a member :P

Nice rig btw ;)
