Do you think Bioware is going to pull the experience required to make games for the PS3 out of it's ass just to port a single, HUGE, game to it? And do you think Bioware is going hand out free USB keyboards?

Yes Blk_Mage_Ctype certainly made himself look like an idiot.

TOR would be on like 8 discs, and they wouldnt just port it to the ps3, trust me they like 360, and microsoft better. (Look at their current ports, as well as quality, of said ports..)

I am thinking it might be the announcement of SW:TOR beta testing. I got an email recently to sign up for testing. Posting the countdown on the SW:TOR page would be a giveaway so I am guessing they open up beta testing to current community members who are signed up for testing.

i would say that even a TOR close beta, exciting as that would be, doesn't merit a cross-website countdown. i was initially quite intrigued, but the 'community event' label has thrown a big bucket of cold water over that. might still be cool though.

OK I think I know what it is. It's Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance III developed by Interplay and exclusive to WiiWare. The community aspect is that you get it for free if you bought the ME2 Alternate Appearance Pack before the countdown ends, as a reward for loyalty.
