Christina Norman (I think) confirmed that the helmets being stuck on (and the armors not being modular) was an intentional aesthetic decision.

Well the countdown is only on games that are either A. Already out, and B. popular right now, meaning the dragon age site, and Mass Effect's site.

Considering that they just got the idea, I'd be very surprised to see any development in this front in at least a couple of months.

This ridiculously wishful thinking, but I'd love to see Bioware make an action-RPG out of Firefly in the style of Mass Effect. The amounts of awesome could be potentially fatal. Nothing to do with the countdown though, I'm not that crazy.

My bet would be an console port of the 'single player' element of the old republic. Given that its fully voiced and all, i think it could stand on its own as a game.
