Hi, running Windows 7 64bit, downloaded the DLC twice using different browsers.
I have used the search function and google, couldn't find an answer.

This also affects the 1.01 patch but with a slightly different error-message.

I'm getting the same error with the Firewalker DLC, also using win 7 64 bit.

Okay, got a working installer on the 6th try. My only suggestion is to keep downloading them until you get a working one.
There's something funny about EA related sites that gives people corrupt installers.
