Me three. I assume this will affect me getting my DLC, which is a shame because I have finally finished Mass 1.

My Version is Steam Collectors edition & my Cerberus key has registered with no problems. Any help on this would be great.

I also have this same horrific problem, and thus i cannot post posts on the ME2 forum, which is bloody frustrating, because there is reference to a character called Mr Thax in the game, and i have been doing a comedy character called Mr Thax for over 10 years now! and thought people might like to know!

Add me to the list that can't register their valid game. I registered it on EA's site, but not on this one.

I have same problem but with Dragon Age ( as lot of people who bought DAO on Steam these couple of days ) . I contacted EA live support chat , they said cd key is legitimate and it should work , and it's probably that bioware site is currently in updating mode .

But this error people gets for days now , same error for DA:O and ME2 .

Can techs answer us , is this problem due Bioware Social or I got wrong informations in EA support chat .

I have the same problem... accidentally removed registration from my ME2 Collector's Edition last night and still can't get it back on. And I'm 10000% sure it's the same key-code I registered it with, because I only have one copy of it. At least my Cerberus Network is still there, so I'm hoping this doesn't affect me getting any DLC...



By the way, a non-Steam version of the game can't be registered on Steam, can it? I mean that I bought this off Steam, so there isn't any way to register it on that?

Same here. =/ Tried registration the code with "-" in between and without. Bloody annoying feature if you ask me the amount of loops ME2 made you go through. Ya think they could have made it easier register on social site and it creates a duplicate account on EA. That's what I would have done.



Anyway, hopefully this is resolved quickly.

Same problem for me. Bought the game from Amazon as pre-order, the code on my booklet works in the game but I can't register the game on this website with it. Annoying error.

Success! I got it to register. Though I need to play (it so it doesn't flag up in the menu.) I also got my DLC by using my codes BEFORE it registered. It doesn't effect it.

The seem to have sorted out the bug now. Mine registers fine now as well.
